Here at The Spring Factory, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If a part you receive from us is damaged, or you are not satisfied with it you may return it to us and receive a full refund(shipping costs not covered). Torsion Springs, are NOT included in this policy, because these are custom made products as specified by you, the customer. Please be sure you are ordering the correct springs by visiting our "How to measure you springs" page. We do however offer a 3 year limited warranty on all of our springs from date of delivery.

 

Returning Product Conditions

The order must be within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.

The returned order must be complete and contain accurate order information and pricing.

Again, please remember we do not offer returns or exchanges on Torsion Springs 0r other custom made products.
